Spent $20 on laundry card and they refused to give me the $2 bonus posted on the wall for spending $20 on laundry card. Was not aware they charge $9 a load to do a large load of laundry. Poor customer service and can't even speak English!
I came here because my usual laundromat was really busy. This place was almost empty and I was abke to get everything loaded to finish at the same time with no wait. The problems began when I took my clothes out. Theyre all in need of an extra spin. Not to be too picky I just asked the woman at the counter to add a spin to my load of towels. She came over and touched my clothes and said "all customers clothes are like this." Excuse me? So she repeated herself, and add "just put in dryer." Well if they're soaked it'll be more to dry and take longer. She didnt respond she walked away from me mid sentence. I felt thar was rude and not in line with any type of service I'd expect. So I'll complete my clothes aind mark this place off of the go to list. My clothes are in the dryer on high heat at this point and one of the dryers gets an error message and cuts off. I had 10 min left so I go to this woman again and ask her to put my dryer back on. Her response to me was "this is a small dryer. Take out clothes." Again walking away. So i eent to the cpunter where she was and asked if could repeat herself. Now shes loud and says " i dont understand you. I dont speak English." Ok where is your supervisor. She laughed and said "I dont speak what you're saying." Now that i want my money back you dont speak English ok. She pointed to the shop next door yummi yummi. So I took all of my belongings out of the dryer. At this point, dry or not you will not get another dime from me. I go to the shop next door to inquire about this womans manager. This new person behind the counter hears half the story and says "oh what dryer so I can call to repair." My concern is not about the dryer or the fact that half my clothes are wet or damp from mediocre machinery but from the lack of customer service and a lack of assistance by your employee. She missed that and went into the shop to inquire about a dryer. I'll just assist my fellow review readers with this post and state that if you wash here and there is a problem you will be laughed at, not assisted and then told they dont speak English. Not some place I would want anyone to patronize.
I had the absolute worst experience with the wash and fold service. The person at the counter was completely rude to me. She wanted to know why I didnt have my receipt although I was able to provide her with all identifying information. When she retrieved my clothes she made a smart remark about my clothes being left there for so long (2 weeks because I had become ill - but no need to explain to her). I have never felt so angry with someone that provided me with a service . I told her I would never use that laundromat or service again!!!!
Used the wash and fold service all the time, until now. Unfortunately, I have to fold my own socks, again! My clothes always just smell okay, so I might as well choose somewhere else for now on. I would not recommend The wash and fold service at all.
