Call this constructive criticism because I think that they can do better. The beer selection was really good but they fell down on the food. They were understaffed. The waitress was very late getting to us after we were seated. I didn't care for my beer and requested a different one. That change took 20 minutes and my new beer arrived near the end of the meal. The menu was very limited and they were out of the vegetarian burger that I requested even though it was only 6 pm. So I ordered a pork sandwich. There was hardly any meat on the bun and only a small amount of other things. They have potential but until the restaurant gets its act together I can only recommend the bar.

We could not have been more happy with the food and drinks here. They have a fantastic selection of beers you won't find everywhere and options for literally everyone, vegan, gluten free and carnivore. Definitely going to be coming back here again and again.

I also hope this can be taken as constructive...thats why I am taking the time tobwrite so much. I really want something to last here! I really wanted to like this new spot. We had a friendly waitress (although she disappeared for a while when we wanted the check) who suggested a beer flight. I found all of the beers very bitter- even the pale ale. But that may have to do with my own taste buds. So, not taking a star for that. The chili fries we ordered as well as the enchiladas were extremely spicy and there was no warning about that. I like spicy food but the enchiladas were filled w red pepper flakes...so much so it was hard to eat without a glass of milk. I think there should at least be a warning on the menu about which foods are spicy. The lighting in the dining room w the bar was very bright...too bright for a bar atmosphere...and hurt my eyes. I probably just sound like a complainer, but I really think dimming the lights would help the atmosphere and customers with sensitive eyes/eye issues. Lastly, and perhaps most disappointing, I tried to play a song on the jukebox (thought that was the point of having one) since all that was playing over the speakers was TV commercials, and it seemed to be an issue with the staff and was turned down immediately. Then the staff was instructed to pick a play list. It's not like I picked an offensive song in any manner... Not sure what the issue was other than that someone on the staff hates Stevie Nicks? After our visit, we walked to another local bar...also with a jukebox and the customers were all having fun picking songs from a wide variety of artists/ genres and everyone was having fun and even the staff didn't turn off the terrible Josh Groban song someone chose...we all just groaned together until it finished. That's the fun of letting your customers pick music. It mixes things up. Anyway, I hope this is helpful. I want this place to do well. To be specific, we visited on a Saturday night and the enchiladas were ordered on a different day a couple of weeks ago. So IDK if they have been toned down w the red pepper flakes. Veggie burger was very good!

Love having the G.A.H. in our neighborhood!! Beers are outstanding and great food too. I was so excited to see a burger in their Mexican themed menu. Hubby's flight caused him to feel like he's flying. Check out the Chronomancer!!

Came here for the first time just to have a drink or two and play some Quizzo with a friend. Instead ended up falling in love with the place and becoming a devotee. Lots of great brews, really tasty and fresh food that has super high quality, and some of the friendliest staff Ive ever had! Cant wait til my next visit!!!!
