I needed a battery for my truck. I called, the told me they closed the store on Mt. Carmel ave off Glenside ave and they were on Limekiln pike next to the Mt Carmel fire department. I asked them if they had the battery for my truck and the lady on the phone gave me three choices of battery, prices and lifespan and warranty. I asked what time they closed, she said 7. I went and got the battery from another lady at the counter who told me it was another lady that i had spoken with. She left the order for me. Wow! I didn't expect that. I went to Napa because they had what i needed before for my SAAB years ago. I love Napa auto parts. I also tell people to go there where ever Napa is.
Never going to a different parts place ever again..! Very friendly and extremely knowledgable about trucks and cars. Go here instead of the other mainstream places.
I needed a fuse or a relay but wasn't sure which. The NAPA employees offered no assistance in trying to figure out the problem where other automotive places did. Each time I purchased a fuse or relay took from 10 to 15 minutes. I had to buy one item at a time because the NAPA employee said there were no returns. Since I didn't know what fuse or relay was the problem, I had to buy one at a time and check if it worked. Ultimately, I found the bad fuse (they couldn't even test it). I don't know why each purchase took so long except the employee would disappear into the back room. Now I have several expensive relays that I am stuck with because it was a process of trial and error. Shouldn't the NAPA employee be able to test fuses and relays before I have to shell out more money? One employee did test one fuse and found it to be good so he saved me 5 or 6 dollars but even though I fixed the electrical problem, I shouldn't have had to spend so much money replacing parts that were perfectly fine.
